Shipping policy

诺诺家母婴精选量贩商城邮费分为如下两个区域，根据订单金额减免部分邮费直至免邮费：

区域1 (满$80包邮）：悉尼城区及周边地区，墨尔本城区及周边地区；

区域2（满100包邮）：布里斯班城区及周边地区，阿德莱德及周边地区，ACT所有区域，以及NSW的Gosford，Wollongong, Newcastle和Albury， VIC的Geelong和Ballarat.

区域3（满100折扣邮费区域）：VIC除区域1/2以外的其他所有地区，TAS所有地区；Perth城区及周边； QLD的Gold Coast，Coolangatta，Sunshine Coast ，以及NSW和SA除区域1/2以外的其他所有地区。订单满$100以上只需支付折扣邮费，不足$100支付实际邮费。

包邮金额以实际支付为准，系统根据收货地址邮编自动结算。

Handling Time 

We promise to ship your parcel within 24 hours during business days, cut off at 8:30am every business day, after you placed your order. It will normally take 1-6 business days* to delivery your parcel within Australia depends on the distance between the destination of your parcel and our warehouse in Melbourne. Most of the parcels are delivered by Australia Post through eParcel services with complementary tracking and signature service. The tracking information of your parcel may be sent to you via email or mobile phone by our couriers.

Shipping Rate

Free shipping:

Sydney and Melbourne: from $80

 Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Wollongong, New Castle, Gosford, Geelong, Ballarat: from $100

Order Value below the free shipping threshold, the shipping rate will be calculated base on your location and the total weight of the items from your order.

For other area within Australia, the shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on your location and the total weight of the items from your order. If your order value is over $100, discounted shipping rate will be automatically applied.

Express Shipping Service

We do offer Express Shipping Service as an option for extra cost, the express shipping option can be selected at the checkout, and the express shipping surcharge will be calculated automatically.
