退货与退款政策 (Returns & Refunds Policy)
一、因个人原因退货或取消订单 (Change of Mind)
我们接受因个人原因(Change of Mind)的退货申请,前提是商品需符合以下条件:
- 商品未清洗、未使用,保持原始状态,工厂封条及原包装完好,不影响二次销售
- 为购买后 30 天内 的商品,且状态与您收到时一致
- 非停产商品或清仓折扣商品
- 退回时需一并退回购买时附赠的赠品或加购赠品(如有)
- 非食品类商品

因个人原因退货或取消订单,将 每个订单收取 AUD $10 的处理费。
运费(如有)不予退还。
所有退款仅针对商品本身金额,不包含运费。
因“Change of Mind”产生的退货,将以店铺积分(Store Credit)形式返还。
经确认可退货后,请将商品自行送达或寄回我们的仓库地址:

请务必在退货包裹内放入一张纸条,清楚注明您的订单号,以便我们尽快处理您的退货。

二、因客户个人原因导致包裹退回 (Returns due to Customer’s Own Reasons)
若因以下情况导致包裹退回:
- 收件人姓名或地址填写错误;
- 包裹投递至邮局或自提点后未及时领取;
- 其他因客户自身原因造成的退回。
处理方式如下:
- 如需再次邮寄,需支付第二次寄送运费;
- 如要求取消订单,将扣除首次发货运费,并收取 AUD $10/单 的出入库操作费,余款将以 购物抵用金(Store Credit) 的形式退还。
三、因商品本身问题退货 (Faulty or Incorrect Items)
- 如商品损坏或无法正常使用,请立即联系 澳洲诺诺家母婴客服团队;
- 如商品与网站描述严重不符,我们将接受退货并处理退款或更换。
四、订单取消 (Order Cancellation)
- 若商品尚未进入仓库拣货和打包流程,您可申请取消订单;
- 如订单未发货,将退还 购物抵用金(Store Credit);
- 若商品已发货,请等待收货后再申请退货。
五、婴儿食品保质期 (Baby Food Shelf Life)
由于不同食品制造商的标准不同,且每款商品所使用的食材也有所差异,婴儿食品在发货时保证至少剩余30天以上的保质期,敬请理解。
另外,请注意,像“2020.1”这样的日期表示产品保质期截至该月份的月底,而不是月初。
五、消费者保障 (Consumer Guarantees)
根据《2010年竞争与消费者法》(Competition and Consumer Act 2010)及各州/领地适用的消费者法律,您有权在以下情况下要求更换、维修或退款:
- 商品存在缺陷;
- 商品描述不符;
- 商品与展示样品不一致;
- 商品未能实现其应有功能。
这些消费者保障是法律赋予的权利,不能被排除或限制,并且独立于制造商可能提供的任何自愿保修。
请注意:
- 商品必须在合理期限内退回;
- 您可能需要证明问题并非由您造成;
- 如因正常磨损、误用、未按说明书使用或未尽合理保养义务导致问题,消费者保障不适用。

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Change of Mind
We are happy to accept returns for change of mind, provided the product meets the following conditions:
- The product is unwashed, unused, in its original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact;
- Returned within 30 days of purchase and in the same condition as received;
- Not a clearance or discontinued item;
- Returned together with any free or bonus items provided at purchase;
- Not a food product.
Please note:
- A AUD $10 handling fee per order applies for all change-of-mind returns or cancellations.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are for the cost of the product only, excluding shipping.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit.
2. Returns due to Customer’s Own Reasons
If your parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect recipient name or address provided;
- Failure to collect the parcel from the post office or collection point within the required timeframe;
- Any other reason caused by the customer.
The following applies:
- If you would like the parcel to be resent, you will need to pay the shipping fee for the second delivery.
- If you cancel the order, the initial shipping fee will be deducted and an AUD $10 per order handling fee will be charged for warehouse processing. The remaining balance will be refunded as store credit.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If a product is faulty, damaged, or not working properly, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
- If the product is significantly different from the description on our website, we will gladly accept the return and arrange a refund or replacement.
4. Order Cancellation
- If your order has not yet entered the picking and packing process at the warehouse, you may cancel it.
- If the order has not been dispatched, a store credit will be issued.
- If the item has already been shipped, please wait for delivery before lodging a return request.
5. Consumer Guarantees
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable State and Territory consumer laws, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if:
- The goods are faulty;
- The goods are wrongly described;
- The goods are different from a sample shown;
- The goods do not do what they are supposed to do.
These consumer guarantees are statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited, and they are in addition to any voluntary manufacturer warranties.
Please note:
- Goods must be returned within a reasonable period;
- You may be required to demonstrate that the fault was not caused by you;
• • Consumer guarantees do not apply where goods became unacceptable due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, or lack of reasonable care.
This refund policy is not intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or equivalent State or Territory laws.
